Some June rides to look forward to, I should be at most:
Sat 6/2/18 - BO Bicycle Tour. Free to CIBA members, but lunch is extra, or pay the registration fee and get lunch included. 10,25,45,62 mile options. Ride starts at Lucas Oil Raceway Park in Clermont, get to ride the drag strip plus 5 miles of paved BO trail as you head out to country roads of Hendricks Co.
Sun 6/3/18 - My Fantastic WALL Ride. Free. 50+ miles/2000+ elevation from Hummel Park in Plainfield (or my house) to Wall in Wilbur. We'll see lots of birds out there: turkeys, emus, chickens, peacocks, etc. Wall was paved last year, holes no more. More details on Meetup. Julie D and Wendy are riding just for the after party.
Sat 6/9/18 - CIBA AAA Tour. Free. 20,38,58,78 mile options. Ride the flat roads of NE Hamilton Co starting @ Noblesville High School.
Sat 6/16/18 - Gray Goat Start of Summer Ride. Free. 12,30,36,49 miles options. Head SW of Franklin. Longer 2 routes hits the hills around Sweetwater Lake. They had burgers, dogs, & beer last year for an after party on the town square.
Sun 6/17/18 - CIBA WALL Ride. Free. 12,35, 57 miles options. From Pioneer Park in Mooresville to Wall in Wilbur and back for long route. They loop further south to avoid going straight down the WALL as we usually ride.
Sat 6/23/18 - CIBA Nite Ride. Besides the 18 mile iconic 11pm ride from IUPUI to Butler and back, there are morning and dinner rides available. Registration required for Nite Ride.
Fri 6/29/18 to Sat 6/30/18 - 24 Hour Ride. 7pm Friday to 7pm Saturday, come over to Butler university to ride, drink, watch me ride, watch me drink, or just hang out. Cure Chasers will be defending our best camp site award from last year. Food provided, but feel free to bring snacks and beverage of choice.
